About
What about me? Well, a few of my favorite things: hiking, movies, and hot sauce. I don’t like to leave home without my BlackBerry, unless I am going hiking. I like gadgets and wish I had more money to spend on them. But at the same time, I harbor some deep desire to sell everything I own (or owe on…) and live on the trail. I doubt I’d last long, but that’s not the point.
I like dark chocolate. The darker the better. And chocolate with chiles in it is even better. I like Starbucks, but it’s too expensive and has way too many calories. And they don’t make a spicy Frapuccino (yet). I had to look up how to spell “Frapuccino” on their web site, and I think their site is hideous. And I probably still have it spelled wrong.
I am a web developer, not a web designer. There is a difference. I like PHP, Java, and Python. And MySQL. I like to work in Eclipse, running on Ubuntu. Amarok is almost always running on my machines. It is, hands down, the best audio player on the planet. Don’t even think about arguing with me; you are wrong.
Semicolons confuse me, but I like to use them anyways.
Everyone should get out and enjoy nature more. Everyone should visit the Smokies and the Tetons at least once in their lifetime, but they should not visit at the same time as me. That pretty much sums up the problem: use nature but don’t abuse it, but how? Let’s start by getting rid of RVs.
That’s enough rambling for now. My current playlist is annoying me.
